Terms
Terms of employment will then be drawn up outlining the agreed schedule, hours of work, emergency procedures and negotiated fee. All input from CathyCare resulting from the schedule will be shared with you at least once a week. This is usually via WhatsApp.
The service I provide is intended as day-to-day respite care and typically includes any of the services described on this website CathyCare.co.uk In all cases, I ultimately take my instructions from you or, in an emergency, from a medical professional.

Confidentiality
The service I provide is confidential, and I undertake not to discuss or disclose personal details to any third party without your consent. In the context of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR), data you provide to me will not be processed in any way, passed to third parties or used to contact you except as I need to in the context of providing the care. All personal data will be destroyed on the termination of the programme of care.

Terms and conditions
I am self-employed and I am responsible for my own tax and National Insurance arrangements. I will provide you with a monthly invoice for outstanding sums which should be paid on receipt by bank transfer.
